PerMix Multi-Shaft Vacuum Mixers go beyond simple mixing tasks like emulsions and suspensions. These advanced systems support the entire manufacturing cycle—from precise ingredient feeding to vacuum deaeration—delivering a finished, packaging-ready product in one streamlined process. Built for performance, consistency, and control, they are ideal for industries requiring thorough mixing and air-free results.

During operation, the PerMix PMS Series Multi-Shaft Vacuum Mixer delivers a powerful combination of mixing actions. The high-speed blade generates intense shear forces to efficiently disperse materials, while the low-speed blade continuously scrapes the vessel walls, feeding material into the high-shear zone. This coordinated motion ensures thorough blending, faster processing times, and uniform product consistency—even in high-viscosity or complex formulations.

The intensive mixing action of PerMix Multi-Shaft Vacuum Mixers not only ensures complete blending, but also continuously exposes the product to the vacuum inside the vessel. As the material is mixed, air bubbles rise to the surface, where they burst under vacuum pressure and are removed via the vacuum pump.

This ongoing deaeration process enhances the chemical stability of the product, prevents oxidation and other unwanted reactions, and ensures improved performance in downstream operations. It also allows for:

PerMix Multi-Shaft Mixer Specification

To enhance performance, installed baffle plates between the vessel and the jacket improve heat transfer efficiency and significantly reduce both heating and cooling times.

  • Integrated Measurement Instruments: Each unit includes a thermometer, vacuum gauge, and pressure gauge for precise thermal monitoring and control.
