PerMix has engineered a Zero Clearance Ball Valve
PerMix has engineered a Zero Clearance Ball Valve that eliminates a “dead zone” and allows the ball valve to mount so when the ball valve is closed, it is flush with the vessel. In the past, competitors valves left a small gap, creating a “dead zone” where product would settle, not mix, not heat or cool, and create an issue in HACCP, SQF, and other QA areas. PerMix eliminates this area and meets / exceeds QA standards.
In addition, PerMix has engineered the valves to be totally rebuildable, allowing for disassembly of the valves with ease, if needed. The valves can be fitted with various types of pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic controls, as well as a manual control. Most importantly, the valves are cost effective and affordable, unlike our competitors that are charging 3 to 4 times as much.
