Getting the powder mixed into the liquid is always a tricky task, especially when the powder is difficult to be wetted, light and floating, and poisonous to people. Now at PERMIX, we provide the Powder Blender to incorporate big volumes of powder into liquid fast and efficiently in a continuous way. For the floating and poisonous powders, we offer a hand-held hose instead of the hopper to avoid floating powder when unloading them into the hopper.

How It Works?

Our powder blender is innovative with the Double-Wall design. It is integrated by a casing pipe and a stator/rotor system. This design prevents the powder contacting the liquid before they arrive at the stator/rotor, thus lumps are eliminated.

As the rotor running at high speed, it creates vacuum and draws the powder from its top to the center, where the powder is first wetted by the liquid surrounding it, then is pushed radially to the inner wall through the stator openings where it is homogenized and dispersed. With several circulations, uniform mixture of the powder and liquid is usually obtained.
